QPIA® accreditation
You can become qualified as a QPIA® by completing the DeakinPrime Investment Property Advising course and then applying to PIPA for this accreditation under the membership of your business, company or your employer.
Once qualified, you may display the accreditation of QPIA®.
The accreditation belongs to the individual and is subject to completing the DeakinPrime Investment Property Advising course and satisfying the annual CPD requirements of PIPA. QPIA® individuals must be an employee, director or individual proprietor of a nominated entity who is a full financial member of PIPA to retain their QPIA® accreditation. QPIA® annual fees are in addition to other full membership categories for the nominated entity (individuals in transit between employers, businesses or otherwise must make application to PIPA to retain QPIA® accreditation). QPIA® individuals have the right to use the QPIA® logo on their personal stationery, in addition to using the relative PIPA logo allowed for their member sponsor.
QPIA® annual fee $165.00 including GST and is additional to the relative member fee above.
Beware of other courses which do not offer Diploma Level qualification, as such courses may not allow for a suitable educational level.
